Dust collector service to be performed

Our dust collector service is the best in the country. We conduct a thorough inspection of your dust collection unit and make the necessary repairs. Air Cleaning Technology understands the importance of keeping your equipment running and properly maintained. We also sell, maintain and install Dust Collectors.

• Removal of accumulated dust from the inside of the cabinet
• Empty dust drums and/or vacuum out the dust collection drawers
• Dispose of collected dust in customer supplied trash bin(s)
• Inspect the filters
• Inspect unit cabinet and structural integrity
• Inspect, adjust and lubricate exhaust fan packages
• Inspect and adjust the filter cleaning system where applicable
• Replace filters as needed
• Measure and record face velocity at source capture hoods
• Note on work order services performed, inspection findings, airflow test results and recommendations
